Tanzania is one of the least developed countries in the world with a low level of intelligence. After gaining independence for a long time in the country there was a socialist economy based on state property and "socialist villages". According to the World Bank for 2008, 30% of the working-age population of cities did not have work, 16% of the total number of Tanzanians were constantly malnourished, 62% had no access to clean drinking water, only 10% of citizens could use electricity.
